Choose what your bunny needs
Hare Salon is donation-based. Each individual service has a suggested donation of $10, or you can choose the Whole Fluffle Package for $25. Donations can be made after your bunny’s appointment.
Bunny-Cure
Nail trims for bunnies who need a little pawdicure support.
Fresh Start
Gentle scent gland cleaning for bunnies who need a little hygiene help.
Fluff & Buff
Fur brushing for shedding, fluffy coats, or buns who need help with loose fur.
Whole Fluffle Package
Nail trim, scent gland cleaning, and brushing all in one visit.
Before you come
Help us be ready for your bun.
Please let us know the length of your bunny’s fur before your appointment so our volunteers can be better prepared to assist.
If your bunny has mats, extra shedding, is nervous about handling, or has anything else you think we should know, no worries at all. We just ask that you tell us ahead of time so we can have the proper supplies ready and make the visit as calm as possible.
We can help with grooming, walk you through what we are doing, or teach you how to continue routine care at home.
A quick note about scheduling
Houston Rabbit Resource is a volunteer-run rescue, and our Hare Salon appointments depend on volunteer availability. Dates may not always be consistent, but we will do our best to find a time that works for you and your bunny.
